We carried out maintenance of one of the milk cooler tanks produced by AgroTech. This unit has been running smoothly for 3 years with a robotic milking system and shows excellent results.

All dairy equipment from the company AgroTek is easy to operate, it does not require special skills and complex training of personnel.

Last week, colleagues and friends from Oryol visited our company and discussed the prospects for our cooperation. The meeting was held in a warm atmosphere, we visited the production workshops of our company, where AgroTek produces equipment for dairy farms and dairies.

Last week, AgroTek launched a milk processing workshop in the city of Ufa. This workshop will produce such milk processing products as: pasteurized milk, kefir, cottage cheese, cheese, Ayran, eremec, sour cream and butter.

«Parallel» allows you to automate the milking process and establish high throughput. For the convenience of the operator, access to the udder is provided between the hind legs of the animal, which allows you to quickly carry out the process and secure the milker.

A feature of this hall is that it requires a greater width of the room, but less than its length. This can significantly reduce the time of cows leaving the milking parlor and reduce the frequency of movement of the operator.

Long pasteurization baths are thermally insulated tanks made of stainless steel, equipped with four supports. The walls of the tank have heat-exchange shirts. A specialized mixer is required in the fermentation tank, which ensures the mixing of dairy products when the temperature changes in such a way as to prevent its separation.

Pasteurizers are relatively simple units designed to heat milk raw materials through hot water and steam supplied to a heat exchange jacket. Cold water distilled through thermal shirts allows timely cooling of milk raw materials to ensure its safety.
